Pré-aquecer o forno a 200º. Numa taça colocar o iogurte. Usar o mesmo copo para medir a farinha e juntar o sal. Misturar tudo com uma colher até unir e passar a amassar com as mãos. Quando o forno estiver à temperatura certa, pegar no papel vegetal e transferir a massa para a panela aquecida. A primeira vez, fiz tal como descrevo. Nas vezes seguintes experimentei apenas 5 min + 5 min sempre na potência máxima e no meu resulta muito bem assim.</div>

Para que esteja pronto a servir mais rápido e em situações de maior “urgência” costumo retirar do microondas e colocar o pirex dentro dum alguidar com água fria. Deixo arrefecer um pouco e coloco no congelador. Cerca de 40 min depois está fresquinho e pronto a desenformar e servir.</div>
